Basic expectations for using projectwestern.net, Discord verification, and department applications.

Use your own Discord identity

Connect your own Discord account. Do not impersonate staff, departments, or other community members.

Submit truthful applications

Applications should contain accurate information and original responses. Connecting Discord or submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Respect eligibility rules

Department requirements are intentionally enforced by the backend. Attempting to bypass application status, eligibility, membership checks, or submission limits may result in application or community action.

Follow current community rules

Use of the website and application portal remains subject to current Project Western community rules and staff decisions.

Membership checksYou must be in the Project Western Discord when you connect and when you submit.
