The portal only keeps the information needed to verify Discord identity, process applications, protect submissions, and allow staff to review them.

Project Western does not operate a separate website username/password account system for applications. There is no website password to store.
Your application answers, department, Discord identity, submission time, and application status may be stored so staff can review the submission and may also be delivered to configured Discord review channels.
Limited technical data may be converted into privacy-preserving hashes for rate limiting, abuse prevention, session security, and duplicate-submission checks.
